XpenseEz ("the App", "we", "our", or "us") is a personal expense tracking application developed using Flutter. This privacy policy explains how your information is handled when you use the App.
- The App runs entirely offline on your device.
- We do not collect, share, or store any personal or financial data.
- The App reads SMS messages locally only to detect and filter UPI transaction messages based on the bank(s) you select.
- All data processing happens on your device. No data is uploaded, transmitted, or stored on external servers.
The App requests the SMS read permission solely to:
- Identify and filter UPI transaction messages.
- Display analytics such as spending summaries, transaction counts, and total amounts.
We do not read or store personal messages, OTPs, or any unrelated content.
- The App does not store or maintain any database.
- All analytics are generated in-memory and exist only while the App is running.
- Once the App is closed or uninstalled, all parsed data is permanently deleted.
We do not share, sell, or transmit any information to any third party.
XpenseEz does not target or knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Please review this policy periodically for any changes.
